MEGARON THE ATHENS CONCERT HALL
Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall wanted to renew its brand identity to further expand its audiences in order to also reach the younger ages, while at the same time maintaining its prestige and keeping its loyal friends. K2 gave to Megaron a new esthetic approach making its new brand identity vivid, direct and contemporary. The classic values of poster design are translated into 3D objects, combined with a clean-cut, modern approach.
Typography is characterized by its assertiveness, by adopting one font and size for every asset. The consistency of the typographic style is also reflected in the posters of the artists, thus creating a clean and bold effect. The new identity of Megaron is also reflected in its logo. The contemporary architectural design of the Megaron is now combined with the depiction of sound, thus allowing us to connect sound and architecture.
