CORTESE CAFFÈ
Italian Coffee
Whirling inside the fast-paced, specialty coffee industry
Cortese café draws its origin from the time coffee was labelled as a drug and therefore consumed only behind closed doors and in a hurry, inside the pharmacies in Italy. The name means “courteous” in Italian and was the nickname given to a young medical student, the creator of the Cortese coffee blend. The dominant letter C is used both as a subtractive illustration and a symbol of the coffee bean but also to indicate the circle -as a notion of coffee movement while roasting- of like-minded professionals, from producers to baristas, which is the b2b nature of Cortese brand.
